This research consisted of analyzing organizational learning oriented to labor diversity from a population ecology theory perspective. It is qualitative, at a descriptive level, with a documentary review. The results show that this theory allows to generate an evolutionary structure according to the inertial forces adapting the organization to an environment of diversity and inclusion, concluding that organizations depend on the external environment to determine the characteristics of their development, reproduction, and survival.
