The present study was developed under a quantitative approach being descriptive-correlational in which an observational form to collect data. In the instrument 13 items were included and they were grouped in two dimensions, the first one related to police performance and the second one referring to citizen's response during the operative, the instrument took a random sample of 93 interactions which denoted an index of alpha Cronbach of 0.65 which is acceptable to measure the studied phenomenon. An aspect to highlight in this study is the fact that when the police agent realizes a careful revision of documents with respect without invading the driver personal space, citizens are more likely to respond quickly and appropriate to the police indications.
