International Decade of the World's Indigenous Languages: A opportunity to honor the native peoples of our nation

The objective of this paper is to review the first photographic exhibitions that in honor to the original peoples of our nation have been carried out in the year 2022 as part of a project link of the National Autonomous University of Honduras through the National Photo Library University that has had as strategic partners to the United Nations Organization and the Union Union, a sum of efforts that has crystallized in the assembly of two photographic exhibitions whose theme has been the documentary record made by two photography artists who with their lenses have captured the Miskito and Tolupán people in different moments of the second half of the 20th century. These exhibitions have been visited by different audiences in the exhibition halls of the Center for Art and Culture between the months of August and October of the present 2022.
