Qualitative teaching and research methodologies contribute to the development of critical thinking in university students so that they analyze the problems of their context, solve them and contribute to the transformation of reality. It is necessary for the Salvadoran university to investigate, promote and spread critical thinking. To achieve this objective, the teaching of critical thinking through forum theater in the university context is proposed as an excellent educational intermediation resource.
