The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic caused the interruption of most human activities, generating a global crisis in the health and economic fields. The bankruptcy of companies led to the loss of jobs, leaving many people without means of subsistence; the fear of getting sick and the lack of a coherent and coordinated response to this devastating situation, has had an impact on people's well-being and mental health.
The actions taken to stop the spread of the virus changed the way of life. The forced isolation, the closure of schools and other educational centers; The closure of work centers and other activities has led to the promotion and development of digital environments: online education, teleworking, the consumption of culture via streaming, online shopping, etc.
Skills that help the adaptation of the supervening realities; and to assume extreme situations with flexibility, which lead the person to overcome and become stronger. All this from a personal effort of permanent learning, as well as from the field of citizenship, through associations that join forces to get ahead in the midst of this crossroads.
