The November 2015 catastrophe that affected the populations of Brazil such as Bento Rodrigues, Paracatú or Gesteira and it will have social, economic and environmental consequences for generations, it should serve us to reflect on the habits of life in the industrialized north. This article aims to connect this disaster with an increasingly widespread practice, such as political consumption, both in its positive and negative side: buycott and boycott.
