Business plan for the production of chile, onion, cumin and oregano dehydrated

The dehydration operation that consists in eliminating as much water as possible from the selected food in a series of controlled conditions, such as: temperature, humidity, speed and air circulation, in order to prolong the useful life of the food. In this way, the present study is a business plan, in which the commercial, technical, economic and financial viability of the production of dehydrated chili, onion, cumin and oregano was evaluated. The results of the business plan suggest the existence of a potential unsatisfied demand in the city of Estelí, the source of acquisition of raw materials closest to the location of the company is the municipality of Sébaco, located 33 km from the plant. The location of the microenterprise is in the community "Las Cameras", located 20 km from the main market, in Estelí. The total initial investment is $ 164,946.47, where 50% is the contribution of the partners and 50% of the external financing. The reasons for profitability show the percentage of return obtained in relation to net income, total assets and net sales, obtaining 60% on the return on capital, 47% on total fixed assets and 24% on the net sales. In the first year reaching good levels of profitability.
