Abstract

High levels of sensitivity, sparks of passion and especially a good portion of strength are the characteristics that allowed the ministers Ana Evelyn Jacir de Lovo and María Eugenia Brizuela de Ávila, to stand out with the best results in the public opinion surveys that evaluated the Cabinet performance in its first year of government.
Representatives of Entorno journal talk with the two ministers to know their other side, their human part, their fears, loves, triumphs, but above all their experiences that may serve as light at the end of the tunnel, example or motivation to many Salvadoran women.
The situation of women in El Salvador is evolving, in recent years the changes are more evident, now women have an important role in the family, not only in the care of their children, but also in sustaining their livelihood. His moral and material contribution is growing.
Surveys say that thirty percent of families are headed by women, but only count where there is a member of the couple, if you go deeper into the homes where they are both, not necessarily the man has the stability and function I had before, the woman also provides a social function.
