Creating the Innovative University in Nicaragua

Innovation and entrepreneurship is a paradigm of significant change in the 21st Century, based on this premise, the present system systematizes key elements of the innovation and entrepreneurship experience in the Faculty of Humanities and Legal Sciences whose effects are manifested in the joint work of the UNAN - Managua, Government Ministries and international cooperation organizations such as UNICEF.
The paper emphasizes the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship processes with a human approach, as an emerging proposal incorporates ethnography in the design process that integrates the protagonists as subjects of change in social, cultural, educational and economic development, the experience of the UNAN - Managua, is a national benchmark in terms of innovation and entrepreneurship to contribute to the sustainable human development of Nicaragua.
