In the Declaration of the World Conference on Higher Education (2009) it is urged that higher education institutions have to take proactive measures to design strategies that promote the transfer of knowledge that allow achieving the objectives and development plans of the region where they have presence. For this reason, the process of integrating research in the academic field that takes place in university and community contexts seeks to improve the conditions of people in a given region through joint, solidary cooperation and collaborative work to promote good practices. and achieve a greater impact in the community.

At the moment in which a work is accepted for publication, it is understood that the author gives the Electronic Magazine of Knowledge and Practice (RECSP) exclusive rights of reproduction, distribution and sale of his manuscript for exploitation in all countries of the world in paper magazine format, as well as in any other magnetic, optical and digital media.
