Natural persons and companies, as legal entities, are subject to the scrutiny ofthe community. Therefore, from an ethical perspective, all their work must comply with the rules established in the current legal system and enjoy legitimacy in the eyes of society. That legitimacy, that social acquiescence, must be earned and sustained every day. In this article, we will address the importance and challenges of business ethics and present some ideas on how to promote an ethical culture.
