Abstract

The research aims to establish an entrepreneurial support model at the University of Sonsonate. This model seeks to identify entrepreneurial potential in the western region, promote the local economy and offer guidance in the creation of business plans. It focuses on training administrative and liaison staff to evaluate sustainable value propositions and foster innovation. The model also establishes parameters, methods and project development to structure companies and facilitate their growth through concrete actions. Collaboration with allies that consider the productive characteristics of the western region and the entrepreneurial ecosystem of El Salvador is essential. The objective is to strengthen the operational chain of entrepreneurship and promote growth in sectors with high potential.
