The objective of the study was to determine the level of satisfaction in patients treated by UEES graduate dentists in the private sector - Escalón, San Benito and El Carmen colonies. The satisfaction that comes from dental services depends on the uniqueness of the patient, including age, sex, educational level, socioeconomic position and the state of their health. Everything together generates an influence on the patient in making decisions about the treatment to be suggested by the professional and depending on this, there is an impact on user satisfaction.
