Abstract

La Universidad Pedagógica Nacional Francisco Morazán (UPNFM) a través de la Vicerrectoría de Investigación y Postgrado promueve la investigación científica a través de dos iniciativas estratégicas: la primera de ellas impulsa el desarrollo de investigaciones con el financiamiento del Fondo de Apoyo a la Investigación (FAI); y la segunda busca la visibilidad científica a través del Plan de Incentivos a las Publicaciones Científicas que está siendo implementado en la universidad a partir del segundo semestre del año 2021.

Russbel Hernández Rodríguez, Universidad Pedagógica Nacional Francisco Morazán

Doctor en Economía por la Universidad de Flensburg, Alemania. Máster en Política Económica con énfasis en Economía Ecológica y Desarrollo Sostenible por la Universidad Nacional de Heredia, Costa Rica. Profesor de Educación Media en el grado de Licenciatura en Matemáticas con orientación en Computación por la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional Francisco Morazán de Honduras.
