Performance and Satisfaction of Graduates of the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional Francisco Morazán, Period from 2019 to 2022

The present research develops the study of the record of students from undergraduate and graduate programs that completed their studies at the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional Francisco Morazán from October 2019 to August 2022. The objective of the study is to identify the performance and satisfaction expressed by graduating students about the training received. For data collection, an online instrument was developed and completed by 6184 students. In relation to the performance obtained by the graduates, it was found that the average graduation rate is 83.08%. Regarding the level of satisfaction of the graduates with the training received, the following was identified: the ability to work in a team (94.2%); learning new things (95.8%); facing new challenges (95.4%); and the ability to self-learn (95.2%) were identified as the traits of the profile with which they are most satisfied. In relation to employment, 49.2% of those consulted are currently working and value that to a Greater Extent the education received contributes to their current job performance (90.8%).
