Abstract

The concept of mentoring as such, as a relationship of continuous interaction in the nature of guidance, support, guidance and / or instruction, between the mentor who is usually a person of greater age, experience and training with another person. The mentee, at a lower level in these aspects, in order to develop a process of self-realization, is not managed. However, I dare say that if there are teachers who are true mentors, who seek to get the best possible version in the student, which motivates them to develop skills and professional and personal skills, which form values in them and that in some way shorten the path to professionalism with wise advice, motivation and support.
