Perception of educational authorities and teachers in the Spanish area of Middle Education about the PAA in four schools of the Municipality of Santa Rosa, Department of Copán

The article presents the results obtained with the research carried out in 2017 in the Regional University Center of the West UNAH-CUROC, with the objective of finding out what was the perception of educational authorities and middle-level Spanish teachers from four schools of the municipality of Santa Rosa, Department of Copán, about the Academic Aptitude Test (APA) that the UNAH applies as an admission tool. In this sense, it was intended to know if there has been or not an alliance between the UNAH-CUROC and secondary education in order to establish a bridge towards the continuity of the professionalization processes, from the school to the undergraduate degree higher. The methodology of work consisted of applying questionnaires with open questions to the Departmental Director of Education of Copán, the directors of the indicated schools, the teachers of Language and Literature of the II of Humanistic
Scientific Baccalaureate, and in the same way, their classes were observed in the respective classrooms, where the didactic methodology could be appreciated, the resources or materials used and the adaptation of the pedagogical space. This process ended with a training workshop about the items that make up the PAA to 14 school directors and 86 professors from the areas of Spanish and Mathematics ofCopán.
