Abstract

Higher education institutions are the entities responsible for the training of professionals that society requires; a university center must, initially, meet the needs of the immediate region. This research has allowed us to obtain and systematize updated information that allows us to reliably characterize the labor demands that condition the academic components of the Statistical Graduates in the different fields. The diagnosis studies the occupational and professional field to contextualize the theoretical and practical elements that should be included in future learning spaces of the new degree. The data obtained from verifiable inputs that support the academic units of the UNAH responsible for design, management and implementation for the creation of the academic degree.
