The purpose of this research, "Attention to Students with Disabilities in Higher Education," is to know the reasons for the exclusion towards the student, and in turn the main causes and impacts on the students in general. The problematic situation is answered through a survey applied to both students with and without disabilities in the classes of Phonetics and Phonology, English Didactics and Contrastive Grammar of the Faculty of Humanities and Arts during the I academic period, February-April of the year 2019 from the “Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras, Tegucigalpa Francisco Morazán.
