Abstract

The National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH), honors by naming this year the "Bicentennial Academic Year of Independence of Honduras and Central América (1821-2021)", which entails national and international significance, but above all relevance at the academic level. The Central American region allowing the generation of far-reaching events, which have the involvement of the entire UNAH, university community, aimed at society in general, with the UNAH Cultural Politic being the link in this multidisciplinary accompaniment. The celebration of the Bicentennial of Independence of Honduras and Central América constitutes the opportunity to revalue our own history and allow our university, as the highest house of studies, to reflect with its own opinion about this social, historical, political and cultural process of the society of the which we are part Praising characters linked to the country's independence, but without abandoning the vision of the process that begins on a new canvas, with the desire to improve over time in the face of its 300 years
