Abstract

First of all, I appreciate the invitation to participate in this II International Meeting of Cultural Managers with the theme "Sustainability and Citizenship" at a key moment in history Bolivian political and social Thanks to the organizing bodies, especially the Vision Foundation Cultural and its President, colleague and friend Norma Campos Vera; as well as the Autonomous Government Municipality of La Paz and the authorities of the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra. The idea of ​​this conference is to analyze and assess the functions of policies territorial cultures and their link with development plans and other public policies social and economic from the identification of the multiple intersections between culture and developing.
