Abstract

Periapical cement-bone dysplasias are neoplasms that form connective tissue, bone and cement-like material. This pathology has certain characteristics that make definitive diagnosis difficult. In this case report, a radiographic and histopathological study was carried out with its respective conservative and non-conservative treatment.
