The International Cooperation Office (DCI, for its abbreviation in Spanish) of Universidad Nacional
Autónoma de Honduras (UNAH) has a fundamental role for the internationalization carried out by the
entity. To date, a communication diagnosis had not been carried out which defined its audiences of interest. It was not known what the perception of them is and which were the ideal channels to transmit the information needed that will help to promote the management of UNAH international cooperation. The research established that there are three types of audiences for the DCI and it
identified the ideal communication channels to reach them. Communication programs, tactics and actions were created to help inform and bring all the public of Ciudad Universitaria Campus closer to the aim of stimulating good practices and boosting the management capacity of university entities in the field of international cooperation using communication as a tool.
