The research called “Radio Frequency Determination in Jupiter's HF 15-30 MHz emission” is of primary importance in the stages prior to the implementation of a Radio telescope. The frequency bands for Radio Astronomy research have been defined jointly by the International Union of Astronomy and the International Union of Telecommunications (IAU and ITU –acronyms in English, respectively). The data was collected using methodologies and techniques established in the “Handbook Spectrum Monitoring”, published by ITU in 2011 and certified equipment was used to radioelectric studies -RFI. The radioelectric conditions that prevail at the Central American Astronomical Observatory of Suyapa (OACS) were determined, or in other words, the environment radio to which any signal from any celestial source, emitted at a frequency of 15 - 30 MHz, will be exposed. The investigation demonstrated that at the OACS location, there is no Radio Interference of human origin and that signals from sources such as Jupiter in addition to the Sun and the Milky Way, are feasible to be received.
