Development of Social Expression Skills in Teachers in Training of the Foreign Languages Undergraduate Program at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras

This research aims to know the development of social expression competencies of initial teachers training of the Foreign Languages Undergraduate Program at Universidad National Autónoma de Honduras during the Supervised Teaching Practicum in the second semester of 2023. This study is quantitative with a non-experimental longitudinal design. The population consisted of 47 teachers
in training. The Multidimensional Scale of Social Expression (MSSE-C) was used for data collection. As a result, it is established that there is no statistically significant difference for each category analyzed. Teachers in training, during the Supervised Teaching Practicum, do not develop social expression skills.
