Abstract

The Essential Priority Program of the University Reform (and its strategic axes of ethics, identity, culture and citizenship) constitutes a valuable reference for the strengthening of institutional cultural management with potential application throughout the national scope; attending to the needs of knowledge, appreciation and dissemination of our shared heritage, cultural and identity heritage in Honduras. By acting as an educational strategy, it enables a more humanistic university education, contributing to social use, in order to generate greater ethical contributions to the solution of the present challenges of citizenship and to the strengthening of our identity and national culture for the future.
