Improvement Strategy on Environmental Law at Empresa Agroindustrial de Granos Sur del Jíbaro, La Sierpe municipality, Cuba

The objective of the research was to propose an environmental law improvement strategy for the professionals of Sur del Jíbaro Grain Agroindustrial Company in La Sierpe municipality, Cuba. For this purpose, the following methods were used: analytical-synthetic, historical-logical, systemic, expert criteria; and research techniques: survey, interview, and group dynamics. A non-probabilistic purposive sample of 73 professionals was used. An insufficient conception of the improvement process was identified as deficiencies, related firstly, to the diagnosis of needs; secondly, to the proposals for improvement activities and their content. The training strategy designed integrated theoretical and practical actions from a participatory approach that contributed to the preparation and skills of Environmental Law professionals. It was designed taking into account the level of ascending complexity of the organizational forms of training that integrate it. The evaluation of the proposed strategy by the experts' criterion evidenced its pertinence and feasibility in the studied context, from the consideration of the very adequate fundamentals on which the strategy is based, to the logic of the stages and actions that conform it. Therefore, it was recommended the implementation of the improvement strategy in Environmental Law for the professionals of Sur del Jíbaro Grain Agroindustrial Company of La Sierpe Municipality
