The cultivation of Phaseolus vulgaris in the Caribbean region of Nicaragua is mainly cultivated in apante crops. This research was carried out in the community of Hormiguero, in La Bonita farm, owned by Mr. Fanor Salgado, jurisdiction of the municipality of Siuna, Northern Caribbean of Nicaragua. The agronomic performance of 16 biofortified bean genotypes was evaluated. The design used was Completely Randomized Blocks with 3 replications and 16 treatments, using a sampling frame of 12,672 plants, and an experimental area of 500 square meters, which corresponds to 3 blocks and 48 subplots, the analysis and interpretation of the Data was performed through an analysis of variance (ANOVA) and separation of means through Tukey (∞=0.05). The variables of phenology, pest and disease impact and productive performance were evaluated. The SMR 186 genotype showed the best agronomic performance in the height indicator with 59 cm, in the days of flowering and harvest the genotype SMR 181 and SMR 169 with 35 days and 59 days of harvest, statistically there are no significant differences between the treatments and blocks. The SMR 186, 183, 171, 178 genotypes have the lowest levels of pest and disease impact. The SMR 169 genotype showed the highest productive performance with a production of 3,370 kg/ha.
