Abstract

Despite the advances in inclusion policies in socially responsible companies, it is still pending to analyze the way in which the limitations in the development of certain vulnerable groups will be addressed. A reflection was made, based on a methodology of content analysis of social responsibility reports, regarding corporate practices that have promoted the inclusion of employees from the LGBT+ community. It was concluded that, although companies carry out activities or propose internal policies, these are not necessarily perceived as effective tools to reduce the barriers that have limited the development of LGBT+ employees.
