Abstract

The USMCA´s Dispute Settlement mechanism does not have a Apellate Body. Consequently, dispute settlement mechanism results more diplomatic or softlaw. In other words USMCA dispute resolution a less reliable process for dispute settlemen, in which that political power weighs more than strictly legal.
