Transparency in selection and procurement process of human resource in Public Administration during period of 2014-2018

Transparency of making and executing process inside Public Administration is a tool which is suffering lack of application and notoriety in El Salvador, selection and procurement process of public service that institutions present in this document is half level of transparency, on this, deficiencies are identified in publics entities during the execution of the activities that take part of the process in mention. In the other side, based on the analysis from the results obtained, stand out some efforts that different entities make to reach a significative transparency level, counting with different models of another countries, for examples Chile’s case which selection and procurement system was taken as a comparative, counting with a systematic order on the phases which the selection and procurement process is divided.
