Hearing again about the crisis and its effects at work would leave a feeling of negativity in our society, however, it is our responsibility to find alternatives to the different opportunities that open up in adverse situations. Thus, telecommuting or home office, as it is popularly known, offers an effective way out of the difficulties of transferring and meeting people in the different economic activities that are carried out on a daily basis. This new professional condition that requires a set of labor adjustments or adjustments that are described in the development of this article, with the intention of explaining the intervention in each administrative area that is affected by exercising remote work, giving, perhaps, the greatest contribution to a new business organization model that allows directing the tasks of employees from their respective homes with greater effectiveness than if they were in the facilities.
