Abstract

The disruptive events that have been taking place for a couple of years have generated an environment of uncertainty in many markets, changing the rules of the commercial game which translates into price increases, shortages, and loss of competitiveness in general. This article proposes a series of integrated analysis tools that will make it possible to redesign the supply chain of global companies, mainly to counteract the inertia and rigidity with which they have returned to their activities after the sanitary quarantine.
