Abstract

Education is a dynamic process in which learners and educators coincide within specific contexts to develop skills aimed at students inserting themselves in the workplace for their own development. At first glance it is a symbiotic and almost spontaneous process, however, education also faces constant challenges due to external factors. These challenges require adapting tools to teaching that are usually unusual in the educational environment but related to technological environments, specifically virtual ones. Thus, video games that simulate social interactions could be part of the solution for students to obtain practical experiences taking technology as an ally and merging it with reality so that it is not seen as an insurmountable wall but as the opportunity to find viable answers. while learning by doing in virtuality for employability.
