The advent of Industry 4.0 and the imminent Industry 5.0 present beneficial challenges. One of those challenges is the training of human capital that will carry out the new inherent processes of digital transformation in the implementation of the fourth industrial revolution. The formation of human capital with digital thinking under hyperconnectivity is not only the responsibility of the state: Secondary and Higher Education are key. However, the technical skills of Industry 4.0 are very vast, since it involves different technologies such as Big Data, Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Hybrid Reality, etc. However, developing curricula and training strategies in developing countries represents a very expensive investment; for this reason, analyzing and selecting which technology should be prioritized in the training of technical skills is the main objective of this article. From a bibliographic and bibliometric search, the disruptive technologies of Industry 4.0 are listed, evaluation criteria are created and technology experts are consulted to evaluate, and finally determine which technology should be prioritized to be taught in Secondary Education and Higher Education to train new professionals.
