Abstract

An analysis over violence prevention plans for the past 4 Salvadoran administrations, under the guise of the Security Council. The agreement on the topics of prevention politics, the youth, the laments over the same states being the most violent. Programs to help the youth and the reasons behind the lack of continuity. The Government can’t be expectant and passive, awaiting for donations in order to execute long term plans. It had to pass more time than the duration of the civil war, so politicians would understand the reality affecting the country regarding the gang problems. Nevertheless, the solution to this problem will only uprise as the nation unites to solve it.
