Abstract

This article will present an overview of the external factors that determine education within the entrepreneurship and its importance in the European Union. Also, how the education and training of professionals influence the competitiveness of enterprises, exposing an overview of the current situation in Europe on this issue, which is considered important in the teaching-learning method, some successful examples of good practice European in the training of professionals, conclusions and recommendations.
