To face "America First" a more united WTO

The United States of America (USA) is committed to destabilizing the World Trade Organization (WTO) through threats and attacks on the multilateral system: its exit from that body, applying zeroing and the implementation of Article XXI of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) to not apply WTO rules appealing to national security, actions that affect free trade.
