PROCESS MODELING IN A MANUFACTURING COMPANY IN THE BEVERAGE INDUSTRY FROM A SYSTEMIC APPROACH

The objective of this research is to develop the modeling of processes in the areas of Human Resources, Sales, and Logistics, as a strategic tool for decision-making and integrated management of a manufacturing company in the beverage sector in Honduras, from a Systemic Approach based on the Katz and Kahn Model. For this purpose, a methodology defined in five phases was used, in which interviews were conducted with the main actors of each of the functional areas of interest, with the purpose of identifying and defining the processes; then the design and modeling of each process was elaborated, identifying for each one, the opportunities for improvement, which finally, in the evaluation of the results show that they comply with the characteristics of the Katz and Kahn Model.
