This Neuro-psychological posture aims to explain the significant influence of the environment built on the individual who perceives it. Understanding the biological-cognitive effects of that relationship and its influence on behavior patterns, in their socio-cultural interaction, would allow to know the fundamental biological and psychological structure of the human being. Based on this, a neuro-psychological approach is proposed in architectural scientific production in the institutional educational field. As a possible factor in the solution of architectural problems. The Neuro-psychology and architecture relationship suggesting as a alternative for architectural development, that the knowledge from this relationship be implemented in the currículum of architects and engineers architects, towards an educational orientation in human sciences and be useful as a factor of design, production and architectural teaching. We analyzed the research lines that are developed in the current architectural field. Demonstrating the need for this link to architectural development. The current architectural research perspective is social type, leaving the natural vision in the background of which neuro-psychology is part. Thus, the proposal of making uses of these sciences is proposed, implementing a change in the architectural idea attached to the biological-cognitive factors generated by the architectural environment. And with it, to solve several of the current architectural problems.Keyword: Neuro-psychology, architecture, architectural research.
