International experiences and learnings as a tutor in the Dolphin 2024 Program

The present systematization is an example of how the research, training and university extension processes are articulated at the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua, Managua (UNAN-Managua) and how by taking advantage of the opportunities that arise in the academic teaching environment, many research results can be obtained efficiently. This article describes the lived process of the experience of participation in the Delfín program, the process of applying instruments such as workshops and round tables, for the collection of information for a thesis and the main results of these thanks to the support of the entire university community and the program. To develop this systematization, in addition to experience, information contained on the website of the Delfin program, the Statutes of the UNAN-Managua and photographic evidence of the activities carried out are used. This systematization contributes to the dissemination of opportunities that are often omitted either due to fear or ignorance.
