Revista Perspectivas del Desarrollo (RPDD) es la publicación científica arbitrada del Doctorado en Ciencias del Desarrollo Humano de la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras (UNAH). Difunde artículos de investigación, revisión, reflexión y ensayo académico sobre desarrollo humano sostenible, con enfoque multidisciplinar y énfasis en Honduras y Centroamérica. Recibe contribuciones de la comunidad académica nacional e internacional, sin restricción de adscripción institucional. Todos los manuscritos se someten a arbitraje por pares doble ciego y se publican en acceso abierto, inmediato y gratuito, bajo licencia Creative Commons CC BY-NC 4.0. ISSN 2414-8911 · e-ISSN 2414-8903. De periodicidad bienal hasta el Vol. 8, la revista adopta periodicidad anual con publicación continua a partir del Vol. 9. The Journal PERSPECTIVAS DEL DESARROLLO is a space for the dissemination of scientific contributions in different areas of knowledge that are generated in the Doctorate in Social Sciences with Orientation in Development Management of the National Autonomous University of Honduras, both at the teaching level and to referred doctors to Sustainable Human Development. This is a biennial publication of the Doctorate. The content of each article is the responsibility of its author.
This Special Edition discusses the scenarios in which the country is developing and its great challenges, with slow changes aimed at transforming contexts and realities, with limited proposals to reduce inequities, inequalities, poverty and the possibility of improve the living conditions of the population; limited solution proposals, given the lack of relevance and relationship with the real knowledge of the causality of the problems, the essence of the social needs in which they should be supported.
