Abstract

The present exposition brings some light on a crucial topic of youth policies: the inclusion of indigenous and afro descendent youths The Investigation Is based In the Nicaraguan experience on account of the diversity of its young population as well as the particularity of having an autonomous territorial administration regime. To carry out his analysis, the author departs from the following question: Do the youth policies solve the problem of the different point of view involved (with and from the different sectors of the youth as actors in the development) and manage to become regional and national Instruments that are useful as operative and political guides that facilitate the opportunities of human development for the youths?
