This forum is very important because it will help us reflect on whether the government and the cooperating agencies are getting to where the communities really want to be. Do the communities want to be only suppliers of raw material? Do they want to be only suppliers of timber banks in the Pacific? Or do the communities also want to be the owners of the last part of the chain, of the second, third transformation, since that is what will get them out of poverty? Will they be able to get out of poverty by being only suppliers of raw material? I believe that this is something that we have to analyze. Is the forestry management that we have as a priority valid?
