Memory of the social and environmental impact of the hurricane Felix

On September 4, 2007 at 04:45 local time, Hurricane Felix, category 5, hit the Nicaraguan Caribbean Coast 51 km north of Bilwi, North Atlantic Autonomous Region (RAAN). The impact of this natural phenomenon modified the forest issue, since, as Prof. Schwarts said, we have great affectations in biodiversity according to the data.
