Towards an effective youth labor insertion in RACS

This research describes the current situation of the youth labor context, critical conditions, scenarios and proposals for the effective labor insertion of youth in the autonomous regions. The article includes an analysis of the youth's perception of the labor market in the municipalities of Bluefields, Corn Island, Desembocadura de Rio Grande, Kukra Hill and Laguna de Perlas. The text concludes with reflections on the inter-institutional involvement needed to maximize efforts in the labor market and youth employability in the Nicaraguan Caribbean.
