Abstract

Recently, the energy crisis and the growing environmental pollution have forced us to look for alternative sources to satisfy the habitable and calorific needs of the human being, focusing mainly on the greatest natural energy existing: the sun. Passive houses use resources of nature for different efficiencies and implement passive or transforming way through technologies that work towards the demands of the people. The passive constructions are designed and built under parameters established by the Passivhaus with the purpose of offering users living spaces by taking considerable economic savings in the energy amount, offering significant annual savings compared to conventionally built homes.
