Creativity as a skill in comprehensive training that transforms realities

This article highlights the importance of creativity as a purpose in educational processes, from early childhood to technical and higher education, training in university classrooms and beyond, in contact and connection with the realities of their communities and countries.
The comprehensive training that academic institutions assume as a social function implies going beyond graduating technicians and professionals who know and know how to do with the specialty of their subject; It requires, as has been said, to form the being, the person, the human and human in values, competencies and purpose to transform realities in an increasingly complex world.
This article briefly covers and through a documentary analysis, the context that exists within the framework of the impulse and promotion that is currently being experienced in Nicaragua, based on different innovation initiatives and novel ventures, followed by some references on creativity linked to education, to particularly highlight the implementation of an experience that seeks to provide clues to the formative dynamics of what is called socio-emotional skills, so necessary and key in innovative action processes that bring together the best energies, thoughts and proposals that seek solutions novel for a world that demands the competition of our best skills.
This experience has been supported by the Vice- Rector for Student Affairs of UNAN-Managua, being implemented between the months of May and July of this year, and tries to be a propositional idea that finds fluid routes in new aspects and animators.
