Abstract

Professional practices are an indispensable tool in the
professional growth of the student, since it allows the
integration and application of knowledge, with society
and its environment. For this reason, Higher Education
is a space that allows the triangulation between
knowing, knowing how to do and being; therefore, the
university is obliged to meet the current demands of
economic growth and contribute to the development
of the country through specific lines of action, such
as professional practices, linking University, State
and Business, which allow local economic growth
and national, this cannot be visualized if there is no
praxological action in the incessant transmission of
knowledge to the entrepreneurs of the Trade Schools.
The methodology for this systematization of
experience is based on action research on good
practices. An experience of interns and tutors
accompanying protagonists of the Municipal Trade
Schools. During the development, tools such as a
prior diagnosis of need were applied, to later carry
out an intervention, with the purpose of carrying out
a Business Plan and the improvement of a product
together with the entrepreneurs (Latorre, 2023).
In this systematization, the cyclical spiral of action
research was applied, starting from self-diagnosis.
Then a planning of how the tutoring and improvement
plan would be carried out was carried out through
continuous monitoring, where it was reflected,
evaluated and transformed. It was concluded in the
elaboration of the business plans and the strengthening
of the knowledge of the interns with a scenario of the
real labor field.
