This article presents a proposal to guide the institutional transformation of Zamorano University toward a Farm
of the Future model, conceived as a living laboratory where teaching, research, and production converge under principles of
sustainability. The proposal is based on the recognition that Latin American agricultural systems face environmental,
economic, and social pressures that demand new ways of producing and learning. The conceptual framework is based on
four interrelated dimensions, agronomy, ecology, circularity, and technology, which together form the basis of regenerative
agriculture. Based on this approach, six components for action are proposed: academic strengthening, organizational change,
demonstration in real conditions, strategic alliances, financial innovation, and entrepreneurship. More than a project, the
Farm of the Future is conceived as an institutional process of continuous learning that seeks to integrate regenerative
agriculture as a daily practice and strengthen Zamorano's role as a regional benchmark in innovation, sustainability, and
regeneration of agri-food systems.
